Course Description

Come and make your very own beautiful Bent Stick Chair. Also known as Bent Wood or Gypsy Willow Chairs, these traditional stick chairs have been made for centuries.

You will make your chair entirely from willow, securing the sweeping curves in place with nails, an often overlooked ancient device in its own right! This is a relatively demanding 2-day course requiring a degree of hand strength and flexibility.
