These have a very robust steel sub-frame so that they can safely take the weight of people without distorting. We do all the steel work in-house ourselves. All the steel is concealed by the willow work.

We also make dens for our little friends. These duck houses provide some refuge from predators during the nesting season, either floating in the water or located on an island. Either way, they create a wonderful feature for your pond or lake.

All have a solid timber base. Floating duck houses are kept light and have a concealed life ring underneath to keep the platform buoyant and above water. They also have tethering points so that they can be anchored to remain in open water. Island based duck houses are heavy with a steel subframe and solid watertight roof to ensure durability and to resist the forces of the wind.
