Hazel Bent Stick Chair – Gothic Arch

These chairs make for a wonderful feature in the home or covered garden space. Made from coppiced hazel and finished with cold pressed linseed oil they are a truly sustainable option. Hazel bark is naturally diverse in colour , this variation being beautifully enhanced when oiled. The stickwork is bent into place whilst green and nailed into position the traditional way – nailing being a very ancient craft in its own right.

Sizing…. all chairs can be made to suit your requirements. The seat can be made higher to make it easier to get out of, or lower for a more relaxed feel. The whole chair can also be made more compact to better suit a smaller space.
